LoopTag Acceptable Use Policy

LOOPTAG ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

LoopTag is intended to facilitate respectful, limited-purpose communication relating to lost-property recovery. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Service, including owners and finders.

1. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Service or LoopTag products to harass, threaten, or intimidate others; request money, rewards, compensation, or ransom; conduct scams or fraudulent activity; share malicious content; share illegal content; attempt identity theft or impersonation; circumvent platform restrictions; share prohibited contact information where restricted; send spam or mass unsolicited communications; upload abusive, exploitative, or harmful images; use LoopTag products for stalking or surveillance; interfere with platform security or operations; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; copy, duplicate, or counterfeit tags; or misrepresent ownership of physical items.

2. Enforcement

LoopTag reserves the right to restrict conversations, remove content, suspend accounts, suspend tags, disable platform access, refuse activation requests, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Violations may result in permanent loss of access to the Service without refund, except where required by applicable law.

3. Reporting

Users who encounter prohibited conduct, abusive content, or suspicious activity are encouraged to report it to help@looptag.co. LoopTag may investigate reports and take appropriate action in its reasonable discretion. If you feel threatened or suspect theft, extortion, or other criminal activity, you should contact local law enforcement immediately.
