LoopTag Product Warranty and Product Disclaimer

LOOPTAG PRODUCT WARRANTY AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

LoopTag products are designed to assist with lost-property recovery by linking physical products to digital communication services. Because LoopTag products may be attached to luggage, bags, pet items, keys, personal belongings, or other property, users should inspect products regularly and use reasonable care.

1. Limited Product Warranty

LoopTag LLC warrants that physical LoopTag products will be free from material manufacturing defects under normal intended use for a period of 90 days from the original date of delivery. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser or original registered owner. If a covered manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, LoopTag may, at its sole discretion, replace the product, repair the product, provide store credit, or provide another commercially reasonable remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this limited warranty. Proof of purchase or proof of registration may be required. For consumers in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections, this limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, loss or theft of products, improper use, intentional damage, misuse or abuse, pet chewing or animal damage, damage caused by airlines or carriers, exposure to excessive force or environmental conditions, third-party modifications, unauthorized repairs, counterfeit or duplicated products, products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or failure caused by removal or transfer of tags between items. LoopTag does not guarantee recovery of lost items, prevention of theft, continuous attachment to property, resistance to all environmental conditions, or compatibility with all products or attachment situations.

3. Digital Service Disclaimer

Physical LoopTag products rely on associated digital platform functionality. LoopTag does not guarantee continuous platform availability, successful message delivery, continuous account access, successful recovery communications, or protection from misuse, fraud, or counterfeit activity. Digital functionality associated with a product may be suspended, restricted, or disabled where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce platform rules, protect platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations.

4. Product Safety, Choking Hazard, and Intended Use

WARNING — CHOKING HAZARD: LoopTag products are not toys and are not intended for use by children. Products may contain small parts, metal components, attachment cables, and detachable accessories that present a choking hazard. Keep products away from small children and infants at all times.

Customers should inspect products periodically for wear or damage and discontinue use if components become damaged, loose, or unsafe. LoopTag products are intended only for lawful identification and recovery purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring products are attached safely and securely. Users may not use LoopTag products for harassment, surveillance, fraudulent activity, impersonation, misrepresentation, or illegal conduct.

5. Limitation of Product Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopTag LLC shall not be liable for lost or stolen property, consequential damages, airline or travel disruptions, emotional distress, third-party misuse, fraudulent returns, counterfeit swaps, damage to personal property, or loss of business or commercial opportunities. LoopTag products are intended to assist communication regarding lost property but do not guarantee recovery, authentication, or verification of items. The foregoing limitations do not apply to liability arising from LoopTag LLC's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
